GPS Technician
Mid-West GIS is seeking to hire 1 – 2 full time GPS Technicians, with an immediate start date. The position requires GIS training and experience, as well as experience with ArcMap. The job description is primarily the field collection of multiple assets such as; traffic sign inventories, water and sewer utilities, addressing layers, and other GIS layers. The position requires travel to client sites, requiring overnight stays, sometimes for extended periods of time. Requires a High School Diploma, College Education a Plus, ESRI training also beneficial. Any Exposure to the GIS industry a Plus. This is a full time position with benefits including Vacation and Sick Time, as well as Healthcare Benefits. Relocation to the Quincy, Illinois area is required. Mid-West GIS is seeking to hire a full time Business Development Manager. This position requires extensive experience in the sales and marketing of GIS & GPS services. College degree required, and Marketing or Business related degree preferred. This position will require extensive travel to potential client sites, as well as to conferences and conventions around the country.
