Mid-West GIS offers GIS Training & Support for software, hardware, GPS Collection, and other GIS related tasks.
Software Training
The conversion, development, and maintenance often requires an assortment of software packages such as; ArcMap, CAD, Excel, Access, and other programs. Mid-West GIS can perform training on these software packages, as well as the procedures necessary to implement and maintain a GIS system. We do both on-site training at your facility or you can come to our office in Quincy for uninterrupted training in our conference room. Individual and group training sessions are an option as well.
GPS Training
Have GPS unit you and you aren’t getting the most out of its functionality? Mid-West GIS can assist you with that. We provide training on most GPS data collectors, including Real Time Kinematic (RTK) Survey Grade GPS systems. Training is normally done on-site where our staff can not only show you the functions of the unit and how to operate it, but also take your staff into the field and perform some data collection of features in your system. Training is normally done in one or two day sessions, and is very reasonably priced.
